Fred Mansbach |

Fred began his career when insurance
policies were written on stone tablets and premiums were paid with
beads.
Fresh from CCNY, earning a BBA in insurance, and military service, where
he attained the rank
of sergeant, he joined All Risk full-time in 1959 and has been there
ever since.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES: He is a founding board member and officer of
the Professional Insurance Wholesalers Association of NY and has served
on various committees in that organization.
LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES: Solving crossword puzzles is his idea of
sport participation but he is an avid rooter for all NY teams. His
wife, Toni, is a Weight Watchers leader so you know he eats properly (at
home anyway). Alix, Fred's daughter, is currently attending graduate
school majoring in Social Work.

In
1983, Maya was hired to combine the files of Continental and Marmorstein
Agencies. At the time it was offered as a two week temporary position.
This has developed into the longest two weeks of a lifetime. She worked
part time while attending William Paterson College until graduating in
1987 with a BA in English. Full time work with the firm began
immediately on graduation, and growth as an underwriter has continued to
the present. In 1999 Maya crossed the Hudson River to head up CESI
Agency in New York City. Hard work and long hours have generated many
new and valued NY relationships.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES: Maya obtained her CPCU designation in 1995 and
attended the conferment ceremonies in Hawaii. She has served as the NJ
CPCU Chapter Good Works committee chairperson and as director on the NJ
Surplus Lines Association and NJ Young Insurance Professionals boards.
LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES: In December
2003 Maya joined the ranks of motherhood and now life is just "Hannah
delightful." Maya loves music of many kinds, photography, travel
(especially her annual trip to New Orleans Jazzfest) and gourmet
cooking. She's a sports fan, with particular loyalty to the NY Giants
and Yankees
(and even if the Giants lose, the tailgate was a blast.)

Lily Wong |
|
Lily
graduated from Baruch College in 1984 with a degree in business
management and entered the banking industry for 12 years.
She changed careers in 1986 and joined All Risk Associates handling
various functions of the office including the accounting aspect of the
operation. When All Risk merged with CESI in November 2001 Lily
naturally inherited the money side of the operation along with providing
daily technical assistance to our brokers and staff members.
LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES: Lily met the loves of her life in 2001
when she had twin daughters.
She enjoys spending time with them and planning for the always
anticipated
trip to Disney, or another vacation destination.

Marlin Ortega |
|
Marlin graduated from St. John’s University and received her BS in
Actuarial Science with flying colors, and is looking forward to
continuing her education in Insurance. Worked part-time with All Risk/CESI
until June of 2006, when she joined the underwriting team. Pursuing a
career in the Insurance Industry with great enthusiasm and ambition.
LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES: Playing soccer, traveling, reading Latin
American political science books and biographies. She loves to dining
out at NYC's many cultural restaurants and theaters and grooming
Princess (her poodle).
